Located upon a prominent corner plot within the prestigious area of Thorpe Bay in Essex, facing over the Thames Estuary, previous architects failed to gain planning permission for a replacement new-build dwelling.
Baron Architects were later instructed to takeover the design to maximise this site's full potential. First time, we achieved planning permission for an elegant, classically-inspired design which showcases the studio's design excellence and planning expertise.
The replacement dwelling adds 285% more floorspace than the existing property, while the tailored design focuses on harnessing natural daylight and picturesque sea views.
