Located within the picturesque area of Hutton in Brentwood, this existing bungalow was untouched for many years before new homeowners instructed Baron Architects to design a complete renovation.
Constrained by Brentwood's protected Greenbelt planning policies, Baron Architects worked alongside Daniel White Planning Services Ltd to maximise this property's potential while working within this planning constraint. Following positive engagement with Brentwood District Council, we successfully achieved planning consent for the complete renovation project, comprising of a loft conversion with front dormer windows, rear first-floor extension, external alterations, and internal reconfiguration.
Baron Architects are currently preparing the technical drawing pack suitable for Building Regulations with construction to begin early Spring 2025.
