Located in the picturesque village of Westleton, this boutique development incorporates 15 elegant and sustainable low-carbon family homes.
Following an Outline consent by a local promotor, Jack Baron RIBA led the detailed design gaining Reserved Matters planning permission, maximising the development's floorspace and resale revenue while creating high-quality homes set within a landscape-led organic layout, respectful of the site's semi-rural setting.
To compliment the local village of Westleton, architectural details included Dutch gables, large entrance canopies and a mix of flemish-bond brickwork, coloured render and pantile and slate roof finishes.
