Designed at his previous practice, DAP Architecture (now Scene Architects), Jack designed this apartment building located in Chelmsford City Centre, adjacent to Chelmsford Cathedral. The contemporary design consists of buff brickwork and metal cladded architectural features, such as balconies and set-back top floor penthouse.
