Located in the heart of Leigh-on-Sea, this mixed-use development comprises of ground floor commercial units with 15 luxury apartments above, with picturesque views along The Broadway and over the Thames Estuary.
Designed at a former practice, DAP Architecture (now Scene Architects), Jack Baron RIBA led the design process from feasibility, concept design up to achieving full detailed planning permission.
The contemporary appearance of the proposed development has been thoughtfully designed in relation to its prominent location along the Broadway, whilst aimed to compliment its immediate surroundings and local context.
